220 x 1, 240 x 1 (PR)

DB Lat. Raises= 15 x 10, 20 x 10, 25 x 10

Body Weight Dips= 4 x 10

Close Grip Bench Press (2 sec. Pause at bottom)= 95 x 10, 115 x 10,
135 x 6, 155 x 5, 175 x 4 (A little rough on the last rep but I made it)
